• Merge onto I-40 East.
• Right off ramp onto Lewisville Clemmons Road.

• KEEP Right turn onto Kimwell Drive
• Right turn onto Emprire Drive
• Left turn onto Westpoint Boulevard
• Right into Charter Medical
